What delivery options are there? 

To give you a peace of mind, we have streamlined our delivery systems to offer only tracked courier delivery for all local orders. For overseas orders, we will be using tracked delivery via Singpost.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

All orders will be processed and packed within 3-7 working days.

For pre-order items, we will ship them out ~3 weeks after pre-order closes, given that there are no delays in production. Thank you for your patience! ☁️ 

Local Tracked Courier Delivery 1 - 3 business days 
Overseas Tracked Singpost Shipping 2 - 6 weeks on average depending on your location. However, there are cases where it may take up to 3 months due to circumstances out of our control (custom delays etc).  

 

What if my package is not delivered or is lost?

Once we pass your order over to our courier partners for delivery, guub will not be liable or responsible for any delays in packages or lost mail. Any redelivery fees will be borne by you. We will try our best to facilitate communication with our partners as much as possible!

I submitted an incorrect/Incomplete delivery address! What should I do? 

Please ensure that you submit the correct address, including your unit number. guub will not be responsible for any packages to be re-sent, including the cost of the items.

If you discovered that you submitted the wrong address in your order, please notify us promptly through email contact@guub.day and also Instagram DM to increase the chances of us catching the mistake before we ship the order out. However, there is no guarantee that we will see it. 

If the order has been sent back to us, we will contact you, and redelivery cost will be borne by you. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship overseas orders via Singpost. Note that the shipping fees do not include any import and custom taxes, If you intend to purchase the collection and you reside in the EU/UK, you’ll have to incur the VAT as well. 


There are missing items/My order has been damaged. What should I do?
Do email us at contact@guub.day with your order number with a photo of the affected areas and we will try our best to see what we can do! If your item has run out of stocks, we will issue a refund of that item.
